How to add MultiSport card?

Just add your MultiSport card number to the Rekola app

How do I do that?

1. Open the Rekola app

In menu, go to Subscription & Benefits. And tap Add rides with MultiSport.

2. Enter your MultiSport card number

It's the number you'll find on your MultiSport card next to the bar code.

3. And enjoy the benefit

You'll see a confirmation and you can go rent a bike. We'll be happy to help you daily 9am to 5pm, just text us via the Rekola app

What happens if I don't have a MultiSport card any more?

You can continue to borrow Rekola, the application will automatically recognize the inactive MultiSport card. The new fare will depend on the price of sigle rides in your city, and the app will notify you of the new price.

You can manage the benefit at any time in the Subscriptions & benefits section. For example, add your card here again after you start a new job.
